Join us for a FREE community fitness class in celebration of American Heart Health Month! This heart-healthy movement experience is open to all ages, all bodies, and all fitness levels—beginners are absolutely encouraged.
This 45-minute class blends standing Pilates and dance fitness to get your heart pumping while keeping movement fun, inclusive, and approachable. Come solo, bring a friend, or make it a family outing—everyone is welcome.
