About the event
This is a 30-minute Standing Beginner HIIT Pilates class. What does that mean? It means we do all our exercises standing up – no need to get on the floor! We blend the best parts of Pilates, like gentle, controlled movements that make your muscles feel long and strong, with quick bursts of fun movements to get your heart pumping and give you a great energy boost.
It's perfect for everyone, especially if you're new to exercise or just want a fantastic workout that keeps you on your feet. You'll learn how to engage your core, improve your balance, and feel stronger from head to toe. Just show up as you are, and get ready to feel great and have fun!
