About the event

Welcome to our online event where we focus on building confidence and strength through a fun and effective 30-minute workout session!


This virtual workout is designed to be beginner-friendly, so no need to worry if you're new to exercising – all levels are welcome!


I'll guide you through the workout, ensuring you feel comfortable and motivated throughout the session.


We'll use light weights (no more than 15 pounds) or you can use just your bodyweight – whatever works best for you!

Comfy clothes and shoes are all you need.


This workout can be done standing or seated, making it accessible for everyone.
